I liked their products but tried to cancel my sub because I really don't need an entire new workout outfit every month. I purchased the three-month prepaid plan then tried to cancel. The first customer service rep was nice until she hung up on me. She did not call me back. The second and third times I called, there was magically no one available to speak to me even though I was calling during their posted business hours. Classic example of easy to join impossible to leave. Canceling a sub should be as easy as clicking a box on their website. IT IS NOT.
